Artifact juggling
From Heroes of Might and Magic III
Jump to navigationJump to searchArtifact juggling is the technique of swapping artifacts in and out situationally, often on a turn-by-turn basis. This can be tedious, but also necessary in the late game to maximize the potential of main heroes.
Most common uses[edit | edit source]
- Maximizing knowledge for a magic spring or mana vortex. Common artifacts for this might be Sandals of the Saint, Dragon Wing Tabard, or Thunder Helmet.
- Utilizing the movement bonus of artifacts like Boots of Speed and Equestrian's Gloves and then swapping into artifacts with combat relevance like Ring of the Wayfarer, Still Eye of the Dragon or Sandals of the Saint
- Cloaks are some of the most common targets for artifact juggling. Late-game heroes may find the need to juggle Angel Wings, Dragon Wing Tabard, and Cape of Velocity depending on circumstances.
